This module allows you to input market orders. They can be received through the depositaries using different ways:

• Interface
• Telephone
• Fax
• Input system made available by the depository
• Etc.

Market orders can be individual or grouped and include at least the following information :

• Security Nb
• Client
• Depositary
• Quantity
• Price
• Duration of validity of the order
• Conditions (Good to cancel, limited orders etc ..)
• Specific transaction code
• Etc.

This order input automatically generates an outstanding transaction, incorporating a pre-calculation of commissions and bank charges in the securities accounting. These provisional transactions can be taken into account immediately in all the reports and analysis included in the application.

Executed market orders can be controlled manually or automatically through our OPEN INTERFACE CONCEPT Processus.
